Remember that an apprenticeship is an ”earn while you learn” program. Go to school at night, get paid to work during the day. Apprentices will receive pay increases during the course of their apprenticeship based on the amount of work hours they have successfully completed in the program. Those raises are set in the following increments:

Note: As of May 28, 2023, the rate of pay for an individual who completes the 5-year apprenticeship program and becomes a journeyman electrician in Local Union 294 will be: $43.31/hr. plus Paid Benefits
